Description   Use to strap carriers onto vehicle roof tops that don't have a luggage rack or sports bars. 4 vinyl coated steel hooks in the shape of the letter "J" Attached to strapping system. Hooks on to your vehicle's rain gutter or ledge along the roof line. Look for this ledge by opening your car door and find the ledge sometimes under molding or weather strips.. 4 car clips with straps per order, two for each side of the vehicle. Need to be placed 20" appart. When you tighten the straps, the hooks pull up into place. Shut the car door over the clips and straps.
