4 vinyl coated steel hooks in the shape of the letter "J" Attached to strapping system. Hooks on to your vehicle's rain gutter or ledge along the roof line. Look for this ledge by opening your car door and find the ledge sometimes under molding or weather strips..
4 car clips with straps per order, two for each side of the vehicle. Need to be placed 20" appart. When you tighten the straps, the hooks pull up into place. Shut the car door over the clips and straps.

Have a clean roof and use this pad to protect your vehicle finish. Even if your vehicle with a luggage rack has roof ridges, use the pad to protect the paint between the ridges. Also helps hold the CTC in place while loading. 36"x35"x1/8" Woven mesh polyester fabric coated with a high-grade vinyl compound. Can be trimmed with sisors for custom sizing. Rugged cargo carrier that suspends from your vehicle's luggage rack just like a saddlebag. This car back carrier requires a luggage rack or similar securely mounted roof device. It hangs on the back of your vehicle allowing easy loading & access to your gear.
Made of Hydrotuff material which is vinyl backed polyester, UV & water resistant. The PackRight Cargo Saddlebag is 22" deep, 40" across and 28" high and holds over 14 cu ft (which is about the size of a medium car trunk.) Includes two bottom straps which you attach to your bumper, hitch or similar device to prevent swaying when turning corners. Also included is heavy duty and very long 29' support strap that goes around the back door and carrier for added support. Can also go under the bag and up to a forward luggage rack bar to help distribute the weight load.
This product is recommended for carrying, sleeping bags, duffel bags of cloths etc. It is not suitable for heavy coolers, firewood etc. Maximum weight limit about 100 lbs or the limit of your luggage rack.

NOTICE: Every car top carrier we sell has a complete set of straps included in the price. However, the StrapRight system is so good we've had requests for extras. You can tie anything anywhere with these straps. If you have an old carrier that needs new tie-downs or you need to carry boxes or other misc. gear on your car, use these straps. They attach to any luggage rack that has exposed bars, loops, or any sort of tie down. You can also put two StrapRights together for a long one that goes completely through the car and over your cargo. Sturdy 1" nylon webbing with over 800 lb breaking capacity.
